IQF frozen mango

Mangoes contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, and minerals such as biotin, carotene, pantotenic acid, niacin, folacin; calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, copper, magnesium, zinc, selenium. Typically, the source of protein, lipid, carbohydrates and especially precursor vitamin A (carotene) contains more than other common fruits. Mangoes are the highest source of Vitamin C and A in fruits.
